[Openid-specs-ab] Call time today

Are we agree that we will have today's call at 4pm Pacific (which is the regular time in Japan)?  Nat can you please send out a schedule message with the call-in information?

P.S.  At this point, 4pm works a lot better than 3pm for me personally because of a standing conflict at 3pm.
