[Openid-specs-ab] ID Token - auth_time format

Hi guys,

Regarding 

http://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-messages-1_0.html#id_token

the expected format of "auth_time" is integer, just like the other time
values, is that correct?

The spec is explicit on "exp" and "iat" being integers, whereas for
"auth_time" it isn't, so I just wanted to make sure.
