Spec Edits
    New edits to the OpenID Connect specs have been delayed until next week.
    Mike has been requested by the JOSE working group to add features for inline
    representation of X509 certificates and keys.
    Inline keys is similar to the JWK spec.
    A representation of inline certs similar to that used by XML DSIG may be 
considered.
    
    John received inquiries regarding when JWE with integrity checks with be 
available.
