[Openid-specs-ab] June 23, 2012 OpenID Connect Release

In preparation for next month's interop, the OpenID Connect specifications have been updated to add the preferred_username claim and a claim uniqueness section, per issue #603 and to change an incorrect use of request_url to request_uri, per issue #602.

The updated specifications are:

*        http://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-basic-1_0-20.html

*        http://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-implicit-1_0-02.html

*        http://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-messages-1_0-12.html

*        http://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-standard-1_0-12.html
