[Openid-specs-ab] Registration errata release

John and I have produced and released openid-connect-registration-1_0-09, which corrects the errata issues discussed in yesterday's call.  This does not change the proposed implementer's draft version, which was -08.

There were no changes to the meaning of the draft.  Diffs follow.
