[Openid-specs-ab] Why it's important to record interop results

Nat had asked me to send this note explaining why it's important to record interop results on the interop wiki<http://osis.idcommons.net/wiki/OC3:OpenID_Connect_Interop_3> when you test your implementations. There are several good reasons:
1. Having the feature test results recorded (the result links off of the solution pages like this one<http://osis.idcommons.net/wiki/OC3:Ryo_Ito_Test>) gives the working group a clear record of which spec features have been implemented and tested. That will help us gauge how mature the specs and implementations are and whether it's time to move to final versions.
2. Having issues recorded, with notes describing the issues that were encountered, helps the WG understand where things didn't work as expected and what the stumbling blocks were. This may identify parts of the specs that need to be clarified. It may also point out areas of implementations that need to be improved. If something doesn't work or there's issues, be sure to record why or what happened in the "notes" section of the result page.
3. Recording issues encountered when attempting to interop with specific implementations provides data to help improve implementations.
Thanks all for participating in the interop. Please record all the test results as you run the tests.
Thanks,
-- Mike (for the working group)
P.S. If you encounter any problems recording results on the wiki, drop me a note or call me at +1 (425) 985-8916 and I'll help you with them.
