[Openid-specs-ab] Should invalid_request_uri and invalid_request_request_uri be the same errors?

The first is in Messages.  The second is in Standard.  Should these be the same error?

Also, in Standard, two examples uses "invalid_request", which is neither of the above (but is an OAuth 2.0 error).

Is there are problem, or are the specs as they should be?
