[Openid-specs-ab] All feature descriptions now live on the interop site

The set of features to be tested is now live on the interop site.  All the solution pages<http://osis.idcommons.net/wiki/Category:OC3_Solution> now list the feature tests that apply.  For instance, see the http://osis.idcommons.net/wiki/OC3:Roland_Hedberg_Test page, which shows features to be tested for Roland's OP and http://osis.idcommons.net/wiki/OC3:Oreo, which shows the features to be tested for eBay's OP and RP.
