Issues
    John brought up a new issue regarding refresh tokens, offline acess, and 
token lifetimes.
    The current drafts do not explicitly state how a client would get a refresh 
token, whether
    an access token allows offline access, or what the lifetime of the access 
token is.
    One possibility is to create an "offline" scope to ask for refresh tokens 
and let access 

    tokens have a short lifespan. John will create a new issue ticket for future 
discussions.



Implementers Draft Vote
    There was a problem with the voting system that preventing members from 
voting.
    The issue has been corrected and members who haven't voted yet should vote.
