[Openid-specs-ab] December 6, 2012 OpenID Connect Update Release

I've released the current OpenID Connect specifications to openid.net/specs to make the fixes and updates applied over the last few months are available in the released versions of the specifications.  All the Connect specifications were updated since the last release.  Pointers to the new released versions are:

These do not yet include all the changes agreed to at the last face-to-face working group meeting.  Changes yet to be incorporated include the scope for offline access, session management updates, and IdP-initiated login.
