The web page I get at http://openid.net/wg/connect/ states 7am PDT now that I think that through that is 6am PST though I suspect most people are going to read that as I did as 7 am Pacific.
The Monday call also has the daylight savings time built in.
Perhaps we could also add the US winter times to make it clearer.
