Subject: Deleted test: Support Authentication to Token Endpoint using HTTP Basic with GET

I deleted the test "Support Authentication to Token Endpoint using HTTP Basic with GET" from OC4 because OAuth requires the use of POST when authenticating to the Token Endpoint.  The test using POST remains.

Thanks to John Bradley for sorting this issue out with me.
