	WG's conscious decision.
	Different issuers under the path server config per path needed.
	Issues with path component is a bit under specified.
	Justin's server has issuer in the path component.
	In interop, most failed.

	Inconsistency. Needs fix. John will come up with a proposal.

	Need to add the params to Discovery spec.
	Edmund to come up with a concrete proposal.

	In the previous call, we decided to have a single entry.
	Nat was skeptical if it works.
	Nat asked Edmund to try it out using different RP domains.

	WG feels it is reasonable.
	Use the OAuth error registry for the OAuth errors if there
	is any, and write separate error for application
	specific errors.
	John will come up with a proposal.

- Mike has committed the Implicit today.
- Nat is going to propagate them to Messages and Standard tomorrow.
