reading it makes me think:
"do we live in a world full of lunatics?"

i understand that in a world, where majority of people still cultivate use of this mental artifact often called 'money', many of us sometimes try to solve all issues using this virtual tool. have anyone considered experimenting with digital signatures, WOT, digital certificates etc. to make possible verifying use of a certain seal/symbol/logo?

just to clarify I don't call anyone particular on this list 'a lunatic', i just see this 'unculture' of resolving conflicts with legal/financial battles as sort of modern 'dark ages' practice...

i wish we will take advantage of modern technologies to come up with some creative, graceful, or even i would say more 'enlightened' solutions! and i guess more initiatives faces this issue so we have a common aim to collaborate on...
