[Openid-specs-ab] Connect page updated & call for action

I updated the Connect page at http://openid.net/connect/ to bring it up to date.  Now would be a good time to contact developers and ask them to provide feedback, since we're actively working to get the specs to implementer's draft status.  You could point them to http://openid.net/2011/09/12/openid-connect-specs-incorporating-developer-feedback/ as well.
