[Openid-specs-ab] Updated OpenIDConnect Diagram

I agree with Tony. We should keep the labels as they are now at http://openid.net/connect/: Minimal, Dynamic, and Complete.

FYI, I'm working on a blog post for openid.net about the final spec organization that assumes those are the labels in the diagram.

                                                            Cheers,
                                                            -- Mike

The "static" and "dynamic" don't make sense, as the static is really not static, as it can be configured differently at any time, no one will understand those terms.

Nice job! Gotta love jQuery!

Why don't we skip the image map entirely and use something more HTML/CSS
based? That will flow better on more browsers, and it's just a more
modern approach to the problem. Attached is my 5-minute hack of it to
show it's at least feasible, and a CSS wizard should have no problem
making it look good. (And this version doesn't have links attached to
the divs, which are also trivial to add.)
