[Openid-specs-ab] What use case does exist behind response_type=none ?

I understood what John described, but still I'm not quite sure when .
Anyway, if someone want Connect to keep response_type=none,
we have to add note on the spec that an OAuth library you want to use
must not accept response_type=none.
Otherwise we should drop this as Nat says on the issue #8.
