[Openid-specs-ab] Updated OpenIDConnect Diagram

The image map is automatically generated by the tool I use.  CSS is not.
 It's simply a matter of optimizing my time, unless there are significant
objections to the image map.

As an image, the spec map can be copied and reused anywhere as is - html
cannot (ok it can be but it isn't as simple-stupid).  The image also looks
the same in all browsers and under all circumstances.  It's something that
can be stolen and placed into a powerpoint by anyone wanting to describe the
protocol suite.

That being said, I'm all for an improved version,  if you want to create an
alternative finished product?
