[Openid-specs-ab] Updated OpenIDConnect Diagram

Why don't we skip the image map entirely and use something more HTML/CSS
based? That will flow better on more browsers, and it's just a more
modern approach to the problem. Attached is my 5-minute hack of it to
show it's at least feasible, and a CSS wizard should have no problem
making it look good. (And this version doesn't have links attached to
the divs, which are also trivial to add.)
