[Openid-specs-ab] #43 Registration - 4.1 Request sent in POST with no parameter name?

I forgot to talk about this in today's call.

#43 Registration - 4.1 Request sent in POST with no parameter name?
Why is it so?

In all other specs, we are sending serialized JSON in one of the query
parameter.
This is the exception.
Why do we take this approach?
