[Openid-specs-ab] Spec call notes 1-Sep-11

All the old docs will be available online as long as you include the version number in the link.  For instance, http://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-lite-1_0-08.html.  But the unversioned link http://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-lite-1_0.html will change to redirect http://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-basic-1_0.html (just as has been done with other obsolete unversioned spec links like http://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-ab-1_0.html, which currently redirects to http://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-http-redirect-1_0.html).

I'd like to suggest that when we edit the connect page, we keep the old links on that page too, under "spec history" or something - just so we have some way to get to the old docs if we need to.
