[Openid-specs-ab] UserInfo schema

We decided to change from id to user_id so that user-info and the id_token use the same name for the same information.  user_id was clearer than id about what the value is.
Message needs to be updated.

I don't think the user-info endpoint ever returned the id_token.  I don't know how that crept in.  It needs to be removed from messages.

Messages should be normative, but is out of date.   A problem when info is duplicated.
