[Openid-specs-ab] Consistent set of Connect specs using simplified spec organization checked in

Hi all,

I applied the edits to rename "Lite" to "Basic Client" and finish replacing "Core", "Framework", and "UserInfo" with "Messages" and "Standard".  This touched every specification.  The specs are available at the usual locations:

OpenID Connect Basic Client:  http://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-basic-1_0.html
OpenID Connect Messages:  http://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-messages-1_0.html
OpenID Connect Standard:  http://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-standard-1_0.html
OpenID Connect Discovery:  http://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-discovery-1_0.html
OpenID Connect Dynamic Client Registration:  http://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-registration-1_0.html
OpenID Connect Session Management:  http://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-session-1_0.html

Sources for all are checked into SubVersion at http://svn.openid.net/repos/specifications/connect/1.0/.

Later this evening I'll check in forwarding pointers for the specs that are now obsolete.  We should also prepare a new spec diagram and post to the OpenID blog.
