[Openid-specs-ab] Pre-IIW OpenID Connect spec release

Updated versions of the Basic, Standard, Messages, and Multiple Response Types specs have been released and are available from http://openid.net/connect/, on SVN, and on BitBucket.  These versions close a large number of tracked issues.  Thanks to John Bradley for most of the editing heavy lifting.

I'm looking forward to seeing many of you on Monday at the working group meeting at AOL and at IIW!
