Here is a very brief note of the ad hoc meeting that we held today.

Present: Chuck, Geroge, John B. Nat
Time: 10:00-11:30
Subject: Spec. Reorganization.

Several options were explored. The consensus of the people at the table were
as follows:

   - Consolidate current core and framework and call it "Messages".
   - "Connect Lite" spec includes only basic HTTP binding without "request"
nor "request_url", but UserInfo and Introspection Endpoint. It references
"Messages" for normative text, but no other reference other than OAuth2. It
should be written in such a way that a developer can implement it just by
   reading it (including non-normative examples).
   - "Connect Standard" spec includes "request", "request_url", and claims
   in addition to "Lite".
   - Discovery, Registration, Session Management, and Dynamic Client
Registration remains a stand alone documents.
   - Session Management needs to clarify why / how one should use.
