[Openid-specs-ab] New versions of core, framework, userinfo, session, http-redirect

I've checked in new versions of the specs below.  These edits correct issues raised by Johnny Bufu and discussed on the7-Jul-11 working group call.  Thanks to Nat, Edmund, John, and George for inputs to the edits.
