[Openid-specs-ab] OpenID Connect Launch Commencement

Thanks Mike - Many of us will be at the Ping Summit so that's one place to pul together details for the launch in the US.

Also at the Ping Summit we can nail down the London and Tokyo events and build out the EU marketing plan Kick has drafted.

I assume Allen will be the POC for developer contacts and has begun compiling a list.

Once Pam has finished the one pager, I will blog about our plans at openid.net 

Chris may suggest additional outreach venues.  We are targeting a limited interop at a September Summit as well a Summit the day before IIW.
