[Openid-specs-ab] Functionally complete set of OpenID Connect specs

Thanks to John for edits to the discovery and registration specs incorporating the feedback from Tuesday's call.  All specs contain the results of a consistency and cleanup editing pass, including removing unused references.  All .xml sources can now be built using a locally installed xml2rfc tool (in addition to at http://xml.resource.org/).

Breno, these versions moved the "display" and "prompt" parameter definitions from the Framework back to the Core, per the comments in your earlier note.

I realize that we still need to incorporate Johnny Bufu's great feedback, but I wanted to get these versions out before the call, since they may address some the issues that he raised.  Let's plan on reviewing those during the call today.

I'm pleased to announce the release of a functionally complete set of OpenID Connect specifications.  Remaining edits should consist of corrections, clarifications, and reorganization, rather than additions of significant new functionality.  As such, these should now be ready for early feedback from and implementation by friendly developers.  The specs are:
