[Openid-specs-ab] Spec split

It may be easier to follow when split, the duplicates may also help make sure that are always saying the samething

I am starting to update the AB spec. 
I just wanted to check if we still wanted to split the spec into core, protocol binding, and profiles as there would be a lot of duplicates.
