[Openid-specs-ab] Endpoint registration !?

Hi Allen,

In an earlier discussion about schemas I got the impression that the user-info endpoint should be left as is.
At least for the time being. 
This made me look for alternative ways of dealing with the user-info extensions that our environment demands.
