[Openid-specs-ab] Landing Page First Draft

Hi all,

I've put a candidate for a landing page up on Google Docs at

 If you want direct edit access, let me know.

I have tried to make this page as short as possible, and not to use too many
industry insider terms.   This is just a first try, not trying to boil the
ocean -- I'd just like to get something up as quickly as possible and then
revise, since this will I'm sure change frequently.

A few things to note:

   - There is currently no place where developers can ask questions about
   the spec that doesn't require an IPR agreement - we talked in the meeting
   today about using existing lists like openid-specs or openid-general, but
   John brought up the point that we don't want folks unsubscribing from those
   lists because detailed technical discussions were going on between early
   adopters.  I believe the plan is to create an OpenID Connect Developers
   mailing list to field this traffic.  For now, the landing page says to stay
   tuned.
   - Are we ready to publicize reference endpoints?  I think that's mostly a
   question for Breno, but if there are other endpoints, let me know, I can add
   them
   - We could create a Timelines section to indicate events like the interop
   as well as expected dates for completion etc - if we're ready.  Are we
   ready?
   - We really need a companion page that is a geek-centric deep-dive page
   to get people going.    I would put that at the end of the "What is OpenID
   Connect" section, or perhaps in a sidebar, if we have that capability.
