[Openid-specs-ab] Harmonization to OAuth2.0

As you know, draft04 of AB is almost OAuth2.0 compatible in terms of the
variable names.
Delta are

* return_to (OAuth2.0 uses redirect_uri)
* artifact (OAuth2.0 uses code)

For artifact, we can go on to use "code" instead of "artifact".
What about "return_to"?
