[Openid-specs-ab] Initial Contribution

Hi

I have created a bitbucket.org repository for the Artifact Binding WG.

http://bitbucket.org/openid/ab/

The reason for choosing bitbucket.org was that it supports https properly so
that you can cross the enterprise proxies, and it supports OpenID for
login.

In the repository, I have uploaded the first cut on the Artifact Binding
draft. It is supposed to be used as the spring board to start discussion on
the topic.
