[security] Security Committee

[Nat Sakimura]

I have added all the OIDF Security Committee members to this list so that
much of our conversation can happen here.

Unfortunately, the material we are using right now is not allowed to be
redistributed to the public so I cannot bring that right now.
I am in the process of finding out what portion can be moved here.

I will keep you posted.

At the same time, if you have something to talk on the security issues,
please feel free to post here.
