Daniel,
There's the small image for use in form fields linked to from the  
OpenID 1.1 sepc:

     http://openid.net/login-bg.gif

Strangely enough, there's no link to it from the 2.0 spec.

It would probably be nice to see a section added to the OpenID  
developers page (/developers/) with a link to download the logo and  
the terms under which it can be used.
