[Marketing] [OpenID] Website Being Updated Today

If community wanted to encourage usability, why not have openid-based rating
system whereby each openid provider could be rated (by users, as identified
by OpenIDs - *maybe* this could prevent gaming/abuse if done right) on
usability from 1-10. The openid.net site would simply list the OpenID
providers by usability ranking, the highest average rated sites listed first
(limited to sites getting a minimum number of votes)?
Perhaps there could be a handful of subcategories - like "provides INames",
"free", etc.
