[legal] Any update on OpenID TM and Logo usage guideline?

Recently, we have found some traffic on the OpenID TM usage at Google code.
This kind of thing should be straight forward once we have a decent TM and
Logo usage policy published.

As far as I remember, there was some work going on.
I think we should quickly finish off.
We really should have TRAC or something set up so that we can track and
chase...

Is there any volunteer for this? (Preferably with legal qualification.)
