[legal] OpenID logo in DFSG-compliant open source

Hi Art,
We're working on developing a full usage policy of the OpenID
trademark and logo to help solidify what many members of the community
have already been doing. Is there a discussion you can point me to
about this specific issue and the requirements that Debian has for
including a logo like this?
