[legal] Permission to use a modified OpenID logo

Dear Colin,

I own the text and device trademark for the UK - see links above.

My view is inline with the OpenID Foundation guidelines thus far:

Personally I am against derivative marks in principle. (Reason: brand 
dilution and confusing to end users)

Although you do probably not intend to use the device logo outside the 
UK, please could you ask the Foundation formally for their view?

If you can let me know their thoughts, I will perhaps adjust mine.

Please remember that is my intention to hand over the trademark's at 
some stage, but there are few issues to work through at the moment.
