[legal] OpenID - Revised Drafts of IPR Policy and Process Document

Strangely, I've seen no comments on these drafts, either positive or negative.  Does that mean that the OIDF board is ready to vote them final as is, that discussion is occurring in other forums, or that people have disengaged for the holidays and we've given up on finishing the IPR work this year?
