[legal] Jabber Foundation Trademark Policy

I like it. And the precedent for using it is right at the bottom on the
front page: Jabber themselves borrowed their trademark licensing policy
(with permission) from the Linux Mark Institute.

It's just good open source practice: reuse whenever possible.
