I would support that move. <div><br></div><div>To that end, let's make sure to remind one another to follow that convention and discuss all technical matters on the specs@ list from this point forward. Without diligence, I think we'll end up just reverting back to misusing general@.</div>

We should keep the General list clear for items of more general interest.<br>

Also discussing the board election and other less technical things.<br>

I am quite certain that not everyone is deeply interested in persistent identifiers.<br>
