leave (or behave), it is against kicking someone out of the room and
then coming back in to tell people "It was to enforce the rules.
Now that we need to *have* rules, this is what they are."</div>

<div>Allowing someone an opportunity to respond *after* the ultimatum
is issued may seem harsh, but it will not seem arbitrary.</div>
