Sounds like good separation of duties to me. If the rest of us can still interop (and work is still being done that *needs* to be done before we can move forward), it doesn't really matter where most of the various communities is doing that work.</blockquote>

<br><br>The google guys who launched OpenID for google apps and extenstions that are causing a kerfuffle have been attending for several years and are very active participants there. <br><br>Mailing lists are great & the role that face to face opportunities to meet, white board, argue, find solutions, move the balls forward. <br>
<br>We don't pre-set an agenda - so any thing you want to bring up you are welcome to put forward the day of the event. It is very affordable right now registration is open and it is $150 for three days including 3 meals a day. And if you can't afford that you can speak with us and we will see what we can do. <br>
