The article mostly talked about social networking. It mentioned FaceBook and Microsoft LiveID, neither of which have anything to do with OpenID or OAuth. I wonder if they just stuck those two terms in there, unjustified, because it sounded like it fit?<br>

<div>I think that we need to reach out to privacy groups like the EFF and others, directly, and start a dialog. I suppose that's easier said than done given everything going on, but it does seem worthwhile to establish a relationship sooner than later.</div>
