level of commercial interest … so, I agree – almost everyone has
some tie. Having spoken with some people toda (hence no email during the email
exchanges) fairly well versed in technology but with little direct commercial
interest in OpenID and having to spend quite a lot of time trying to convince them
of the benefits (against FB Connect etc), I’d really welcome a more

online identity back to 1996 when I was at NetAngels where we were developing
bookmarking management and collaborative filtering technology to help people
find websites, people, and products that were interesting and relevant based on
their profiles, stated interest, and online activities. I worked in the
area of enterprise SSO at Oblix, which was eventually acquired by Oracle and
rolled into their identity management platform offerings. At CheckFree,
among other things I worked on multi-factor authentication solutions for the
websites of banks and financial institutions. So online identity,
authentication, profiles, and security are not new endeavors for me.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

those accounts and profiles, the web should be easier. That’s what
