[OpenID] Problems with Yahoo OpenID

Hi there,

Apologies if this isn't a suitable list; if not, please refer me to 
somewhere else.

For some time we've been allowing Yahoo login on our site via OpenID 
using the endpoint https://me.yahoo.com 
<https://me.yahoo.com/?fbclid=IwAR2SFOaGiH2ZJpgw2C13nPUK-i2LA4OmFDwcCfdE2CSiSkkCP14yI0LqYVM>. 
That's giving an error after 30 seconds or so:
Could Not Connect

which gives the same error.

That looks like a Yahoo problem, but I just want to check if there's a 
known change that I'm not aware of.
