[OpenID] access to draft specifications?

Do we want to set up a redirector to rewrite the URI, or just change the pages to point to https://bitbucket.org/openid <https://bitbucket.org/openid>. How valuable is pretending to have a host name, vs maintaining a redirect. Using the URI directly keeps the https: doing the redirect via https is going to inevitably break because we won’t remember to roll the cert etc.
