[OpenID] OpenID in SMTP/IMAP/XMPP/etc

It allows clients to authenticate against servers using OpenID for
protocols that uses SASL.  That includes SMTP, IMAP, XMPP and so on.  So
far OpenID has been for web login only, but this changes that.
