IdPs will be synced along with all other browser settings.  It's very
possible to this securely, and I believe browser manufacturers are
working on this.  Eventually I hope it will be possible to sync across
different browsers, not just across instances of the same browser on
different machines.

The relying party can check what browser it is interacting with, and
use an ordinary OpenID input box if the browser does not support the
new one-click method.
